aPoint is looking for an Associate Partner with a keen intellect and an extensive professional network within the Australian market.
As an Associate Partner and Australia Country Lead, you will work independently with a high degree of freedom. You should have sales and management experience and expertise in recruiting and human resources is also desired. About the Challenge
This is an independent and exciting opportunity for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have the ultimate freedom to manage your everyday life and work. You may work from home and may have other business interests. Customer meetings will be typically held at customer locations or in office suites, or you can also use virtual tools like Skype, GoToMeeting and WebEx to optimize your time. The ability to initiate, drive and operate yourself will ensure a good foundation for success.
We’re looking for someone who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and inherent perseverance. You will become your own business unit at aPoint and will be responsible for your own P/L and for building a client portfolio and obtaining sales in Australia, under the aPoint brand, logo, and associate partner agreement.
You will manage the entire sales process and the subsequent follow-up including customer care experience and journey. At aPoint, our core values include making moral and ethical decisions as it pertains to your book of business. As an aPoint Associate Partner, we will empower you to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, both at business and personal level. In a SaaS model, it’s implicit that customers are only customers as long as they perceive value in our service delivery.

Your Professional Qualifications
In addition to possessing an entrepreneurial sales gene, a desire for professional freedom, and a solid work ethic, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial B2B business
- Experience in management and recruitment, is a great advantage
- Knowledge about leadership as a hiring manager and a structure working with sales, marketing and customer relations.
- Relevant theoretical education
- You communicate and present well both verbally and in writing in Australian English (native speaker preferred)
Your Personal Competence
You should be naturally independent and can keep track in all situations. You should be reasonably structured, analytical and good at reading body language. We are keen to find a good listener with interpersonal skills.
You should have a personality in which respect for other people is natural and you understand how to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and potential accounts. You are positive, constructive, engaged and proactive.
